Hello! I'm Ehren Cahill and I live in Hartford, CT US. I've been a SYNC Member since April 2020 and a  ZIN™ Member since March 2018. I absolutely love to share my passion for fitness, dance and movement. I graduated from Linfield College in 2017 with a degree in economics and I earned my MBA at University of Hartford in 2019. In the process, I also became a certified Personal Trainer with a specialization in Sports Nutrition. When I'm not coaching Strong, I teach barre, Zumba and other group fitness classes.
