Hey! I'm Rachel Sidney, owner of Super Sleek Fitness, LLC and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor teaching virtually and Central Arkansas. I've had my license since 2017 and became a STRONG Tech in 2019 and Master Trainer in 2020 (my current territory is AR).
