GET PREPPED
Plan ahead. Use the nutrition guide to load up on the healthy food you’ll need before starting the challenge. Take your “Before” pictures, too.
TAKE THE CLASSES
Find classes in your area and stick to your activity calendar. We’ll also email you digital workouts to help you stay on track.
FINISH STRONG
After 30 days, you’ll see a transformed body. Take those “After” pictures and see the results of all your hard work.

WHAT

The Stronger Together Challenge is an exclusive STRONG by Zumba® program created to help you and a friend commit to getting fit and building strength. Working together, you’ll tackle 30 days of high-intensity exercise classes along with better nutrition and eating habits. STRONG by Zumba® workouts use an original, custom-crafted soundtrack designed to help you stay motivated and push yourself further, delivering spectacular results.

When you sign up for the challenge, you’ll get an email with a link to download your nutrition guide, before and after photo guidelines, evaluation form, and your own activity calendar.

WHEN

The Stronger Together Challenge runs May 20 – June 18. The online activity calendar unlocks at the start but we’ll also email you a personal copy of the calendar to follow keep handy.

WHO

Take the challenge with a friend. A swolemate. Your sister. A co-worker. Teaming up can make getting fit more fun. And bravely facing the challenge solo is great too. Either way, you won’t do it alone: the Facebook Community group offers support from around the world.
