CONTEST RULES

Participant’s must be 18 years of age or older (at least 19 in Nebraska and 21 in Mississippi), and, during the Contest Period, complete the Contest registration form, which is available by clicking HERE. For additional entries, participants must like the official Contest post, follow the @wearestrongnation Instagram Page, and tag a friend. For each friend a participant tags, he/she will receive an additional entry into the Contest. Employees of Zumba Fitness, LLC (“Zumba”) are not eligible to participate or win the prize. The Contest Period runs from September 9, 2024 at 12:01am and ends on October 13, 2024 at 11:59pm.

One (1) winner will be randomly selected using an app that selects contest winners (the "Contest Winner"). The Contest Winner and one (1) guest selected by the Contest Winner will receive (i) seven-nights (from December 1, 2024 - December 8, 2024) accommodation for two (2) at the adults only Breathless Punta Cana Resort & Spa, in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, featuring unlimited dining, drinks, 24-hour room service, WIFI, and pool and beach wait service; (ii) airfare for two (2) from your destination to Punta Cana Airport; (iii) a transportation stipend totalling $100.00USD; and (iv) free fitness classes hosted by Fit Bodies, including Strong Nation®, CIRCL Mobility™, and Zumba® classes. The estimated value of the prizes is $4,230.00 USD. Zumba will book all travel arrangements and such arrangements will be made by Zumba at its sole discretion. The Contest Winner and his/her guest must each have valid documentation in order to travel to Dominican Republic (e.g., passports) and are responsible for all expenses associated with obtaining such documents. The Contest Winner is responsible for all taxes associated with the prizes and will need to sign a Receipt of Prize and Liability Waiver prior to claiming the prizes.

The Contest Winner will be announced on October 16, 2024, via a direct message from the @wearestrongnation account and via email. The Contest Winner has three (3) days to confirm, accept the prize, and sign the Receipt of Prize and Liability Waiver. If the Contest Winner fails to confirm, accept the prize, and sign the Receipt of Prize and Liability Waiver during this time frame, Zumba reserves the right to select another winner.
