CIRCL Mobility™

Are there any prerequisites to taking a CIRCL Mobility™ On-Demand Licensing Program?
You must be a ZIN™ or SYNC Member in good standing.
How long is a CIRCL Mobility™ certificate of completion, or license, valid for?
Your CIRCL Mobility™ license is valid for 6 months. Due to the nature of the program, and as with any reputable occupation, a professional is expected to keep up-to-date on industry knowledge and skills to keep a high level of proficiency. To help instructors attain and maintain this status, after your program you will have the option to join The CIRCL Instructor Network which gives you ongoing support and tools to keep your license up to date and your classes fresh and successful. As long as you are a member of The CIRCL Instructor Network in good standing, your license to teach CIRCL Mobility™ classes does not expire.
Do I receive any certification credits for completing the CIRCL Mobility™ On-Demand Licensing Program?
Yes, the program qualifies you for additional credits, including ACE, AFAA, Can Fit Pro, AEA, CIMSPA, AusActive and REPS aNew Zealand where applicable. Depending on your country, there are additional credits from other certifying agencies.
What formats am I able to teach when I take a CIRCL Mobility™ On-Demand Licensing Program?
Taking a CIRCL Mobility™ On-Demand Licensing Program will give you the license to teach several formats: full 30, 45, and 60-minute CIRCL Mobility™ classes, and a 12-minute CIRCL Mobility™ format to add on at the end of any of your other fitness classes.
Is there an age requirement to take a CIRCL Mobility™ On-Demand Licensing Program?
Yes; a participant must be 18 years or older to take the CIRCL Mobility™ On-Demand Licensing Program. If you or someone you know is 17 years of age and is interested in taking the CIRCL Mobility™ On-Demand Licensing Program, please have that person's parent or guardian contact us at support@zumba.com for more information.
Can I set my own hours and rates for CIRCL Mobility™ classes?
Instructors act as independent contractors, giving you the freedom to set your own schedule, rates, terms and agreements.
I am a ZIN™ and SYNC member, is there a difference whether I sign up to the CIRCL Mobility™ On-Demand Licensing Program through my ZIN™ or SYNC Account?
Your CIRCL Mobility™ On-Demand Licensing Program and membership benefits will be available through either the ZIN™ or SYNC account you’re logged into when you register for the program. In other words, your on-demand program, badge, license, and continuing benefits like monthly routines and class postings will be managed and accessed through the ZIN™ or SYNC account you were logged into when you registered for the program.
How long do I have to complete the CIRCL Mobility™ On-Demand Licensing Program?
You will be able to complete the program as long as you need while remaining a ZIN™ or SYNC member in good standing. Take it in one day, or break it up over time - you choose! For a better success rate - we recommend completing it within 1 to 5 sessions, over consecutive days.
What happens if I start the program, but don't complete it?
You will continue to have access to the course as long as you are a ZIN™ or SYNC member in good standing, but you cannot join The CIRCL Instructor Network until the program is completed.
As a CIRCL Mobility™ Instructor, do I have to use the content provided by the Home Office to teach a CIRCL Mobility™ class?
To ensure that a CIRCL Mobility™ class experience is consistent with the program vision, the class structure, the move pattern guidelines and music we provide must be used when calling your class a CIRCL Mobility™ class. We advise you to use the moves that you will receive with your program and as part of The CIRCL Instructor Network, or customize moves as long as the guidelines above are followed.
Is the CIRCL Mobility™ On-Demand Licensing Program available globally and in what languages?
The CIRCL Mobility™ On-Demand Licensing Program is available in all countries. It will launch in English March 2023, and in German and Spanish in April 2023.
Do I need any special equipment or supplies for the CIRCL Mobility™ On-Demand Licensing Program?
To participate in the CIRCL Mobility™ On-Demand Licensing Program, you must have access to a computer with internet access. A mat is also optional.
Can I view the CIRCL Mobility™ On-Demand Licensing Program content on my mobile phone or tablet?
For best experience, we recommend completing the on-demand program on a desktop computer.
Will I be able to replay the CIRCL Mobility™ On-Demand Licensing Program upon completion?
Yes, you will be able to replay it via the E-Learning section on ZIN™ Home and SYNC Home. You will also have access to some content on ZIN™ Now and SYNC Now.

Only ZIN™ & SYNC Members who have completed the CIRCL Mobility™ On-Demand Licensing Program can join The CIRCL Instructor Network.
How do I join The CIRCL Instructor Network? Is it mandatory?
You will have the option to sign up for The CIRCL Instructor Network after you complete the CIRCL Mobility™ On-Demand Licensing Program. If you've already completed the CIRCL Mobility™ On-Demand Licensing Program and would like to join, click here.

Joining The CIRCL Instructor Network is optional.

Where can I post a CIRCL Mobility™ class?
  • If you are a ZIN™ Member, you may post in-person or virtual CIRCL Mobility™ classes via the “Manage Classes” section on ZIN™ Home. These classes will be accessible through CIRCLMobility.com and Zumba.com for potential students.
  • If you are a SYNC member, you may post in-person or virtual CIRCL Mobility™ classes via the “Manage Classes” section on SYNC Home. These classes will be accessible through CIRCLMobility.com and STRONGNation.com for potential students.
  • If you are a ZIN™ and SYNC member, remember that your CIRCL benefits are tied to the ZIN™ or SYNC account you were logged into when you registered for the program and joined The CIRCL Instructor Network. You will therefore be able to post classes via one of the two options above.
How do I post a CIRCL 30 minute class vs. a CIRCL 12 minute format?
  • CIRCL Mobility™ 30 minute class: To post an in-person or virtual CIRCL Mobility™ 30 minute class, go to the “Manage Classes” section on ZIN™ Home or SYNC Home (depending on which ZIN™ or SYNC account you used to sign up for the CIRCL Mobility™ On-Demand Licensing Program). Follow the prompts to create a class.
  • CIRCL Mobility™ 12 minute format: Since the 12 minute CIRCL Mobility™ format is only meant to be tagged on at the end of another fitness class, we have designed an easy way for you to do so! When you are creating an in-person or virtual class via the “Manage Classes” section on ZIN™ Home or SYNC Home, you will first select the type of fitness class that you are teaching (for example, Zumba® or STRONG Nation® class as the class type). After that, you will check the box that reads “Check this box to add a 12-minute CIRCL Mobility™ format to the end of the current class you are posting.” By checking this, the class details page will include information on your class ending with a 12 minute CIRCL Mobility™ format!
Can I still be a CIRCL Mobility™ Instructor if I leave ZIN™ or SYNC?
While the CIRCL Mobility™ program is open only to ZIN™ and SYNC Members, you will be required to be a ZIN™ or SYNC member in good standing to remain a member of The CIRCL Instructor Network. Once the on-demand program is available to non-ZIN™ and non-SYNC members (timing TBD), you may remain a CIRCL Mobility™ Instructor without being a ZIN™ or SYNC Member.
Do I need additional music licensing to teach CIRCL Mobility™?
Good news! We create all of the music for the CIRCL Mobility™ Program for our instructors. That means that as long as you have a valid CIRCL license or are a member in good standing of The CIRCL Instructor Network, you'll have a license from us to use that music when teaching your CIRCL Mobility™ class.
