What will the SYNC Lab Sessions consist of?

The SYNC Technical workshops will be 3-hour, small-to-mid group live sessions, designed to help you improve the techniques and skills needed to teach effective classes. Using content from the latest Quadrant releases, you will learn how to use switchouts appropriately for your students, how to execute them with proper form, and how to cue them.

Why is the Home Office developing these sessions?

We are developing these workshops to ensure we provide you with all the continuing support needed to teach successful, safe and effective classes. These sessions are being designed based on the feedback and needs expressed by fellow SYNC Members.

Who is able to take SYNC Lab sessions?

Only SYNC Members will have access to these workshops.

How do I find a SYNC Lab Session in my area?

Once logged into SYNC Home, there are two ways to find SYNC Lab Sessions. One way is to click "Find a SYNC Lab Session" under Continuing Education. In addition, you can also hover over the “Instructor Training” section on STRONGNation.com and click "SYNC Lab Sessions".

Where will the sessions be available?

Sessions will be available globally; We’re looking for amazing instructors who can lead these workshops and are experts in cueing, technique, and form.

How much does it cost to attend a SYNC Lab Session?

All SYNC Lab Sessions cost U.S. $30 or its foreign currency equivalent.

How can I participate at this point?

You can apply to lead these sessions! To help launch this program, we’re currently looking for amazing instructors who can lead these workshops and are experts in cueing, technique, and form.
